Max Westwell is a London based director and filmmaker working across documentary, performance and narrative film.
His background as a professional performer gives him an instinctive understanding of people, movement and performance from the inside. His work is driven by a fascination with human connection, creating films that bring audiences closer to people, stories and the creative process behind them.
Alongside his documentary and commercial work, Max is developing narrative projects for film and television, bringing the same focus on performance, emotional truth and human connection to scripted storytelling.
